Following the violence that erupted in the Nobel Sanctuary on 8 May 2021 the Israeli-Palestinian conflict erupted in escalating violence including missile attacks on Israel and Israeli airstrikes and artillery bombardment of the Occupied Palestinian Territory of Gaza.
