Since the Covid-19 pandemic we have cut-back our commitment to office space as a cost-saving measure.  Further, our Editor-in-Chief has been in the field much of the year in Ukraine, Poland, Montenegro, Türkiye and other locations.  Consequently, collection of mail has been made impracticable from the field.
